Xerxes has grown up to be one who highly cherishes those close to him — those he loves, those he considers his — and so he wishes for the best for them. In turn, he also hopes for the strength to protect them.

Featherback Pelt 		Xerxes is not the type of dragon who attempts to be especially outstanding in any shape or form.

He does not exactly have an incredible talent. He does not have the type of charisma that makes all yield without thinking, and he does not have the type of beauty that would turn heads and beckon legs to follow after him. Neither of these, he would actually want anyway. Xerxes is more driven to act for others — ‘others’ being able to range from a special, select few to a group, and his breadth of action scales with this. Being the sort who understands the personal benefit of benefiting others, he puts on an amiable, humble air, to the point that some might even misunderstand it as cheery obsequiousness.
