B I O G R A P H Y

______ A writer, a scholar, a philosopher. Berk is an extraordinarily intelligent dragon, who can often be found in the clan's library studying up on whatever topic it is that interests him at the moment. From diseases to nature to the very stars his lineage is known for, Berk has studied it all, and continues to brush up on his knowledge daily. Any new discovery in any field he is interested in, and as soon as it reaches his ears, Berk will dive into the books with a fervor that can be matched by few.

Berk is also a powerful mage.

Particles of magic near-constantly leak from his body, the cheer volume of it too much to contain inside. Berk doesn't seem to experience any negative effects from it, though some may worry that, eventually, the magic will destroy him from the inside out. No such thing, however, both his mother, Novam, and he are more than adept at regulating the flow of such potent magical power... hence the leaking of pure magical energy.

Though a gentle giant at heart, one would not do well the anger Berk, or interrupt his studies at crucial points. He will, without a care in the world, toss you out on the curb with pure magical energy- and you may consider yourself lucky if he doesn't leave you with a nasty disease due his origins as a plague dragon. The latter may not be intentional, but nevertheless, one would better be careful.

Still, if he finds out about it when he is done or when he has calmed down, he's likely to apologise, and try to fix his mistake. Despite this, however, the healers sometimes have to step in and undo the unintentional damage Berk has done.

When not enveloped in his studies, Berk is stoic, but friendly. Some may find that he comes off as cold, but mostly, he is well-liked.

Sometimes Sparga recruits him to do research in fields that she does not know much about, in order to better the clan as a whole.

Berk is surprisingly close to Lynx, the mercenary. One can only wonder what those two are up to...
