Biography
Not a stud; mate to Eclipse!
Solana is a very proud younger hen with a quiet bearing but very stubborn temperament. She's very likely to agree to what someone wants, act passive, and then go and do whatever she wants anyway. Solana is deceptively strong; she's a Night Warrior and Celestial Runner, but people don't usually pick that up just by looking at her. Solana has the bearing of nobility, but then again, bearing is the easiest thing in the world to fake by her reckoning. Just smile, nod, and let your mark draw their own (wrong) conclusions.
Eclipse told her she shouldn't pursue him, that he was too old for her, that he'd suffered too much heartbreak to tie her down, blah blah blah. Solana just smiled, nodded, and continued to pursue him anyway. Considering the wide variety of very strong and happy children they have, she seems to have succeeded with flying colors. Most of her babies go off to serve the Icewarden, which she's bittersweet about, but most of her extant children seem to be thoroughly devoted to their strength and training. There are a ton of LGBT dragons among her strongest children, a fact that she is both bemused by and happy about. She is, after all, bisexual.
If you want any sort of straight answer or forthright commitment from Solana, she is absolutely maddening to talk to. If you can tolerate her evasiveness and quirks, though, she's a true and loyal friend. Just don't expect a straight or honest answer when it comes to her actions. Eclipse finds her challenging and fun compared to all the straight shooters in Clan AXQU. For once in her life, being herself was Solana's way in. Which is why she'd never consider anyone else.
