Biography
        |
Unlike her perfect big sister Najma is a recluse. She tends to spend time practicing magic and speaking with spirits. Like her mother Najma also has visions but unlike Layali they don’t plague her or pain her. Instead they give her a deeper connection to the elemental spirits of the world. Which is how she aquired her spirit companion. While it appears to be some sort of evil force Saro is anything but. Saro is a wind spirit Najma believes once belonged to the Lightbriger’s Exalted but died in a Dominance battle. Saro is a very kind entity who lives within a skull of a dragon Najma found up river. Saro doesn’t have any memories of their past life but they certainly were a dragon. They also think Najma is perfectly wonderful and are always offering her helpful tips on how to speak to other spirits or just remind her to take care of herself as like many of her siblings Najma can have a one track mind. Saro is around to make sure she takes care of herself. In turn Najma uses those reminders to make sure Sawsan also cares for her own self and they often spend self care days together enjoying each other’s company. Her siblings all agree Najma is the most beautiful of them but she hardly takes notice. She’d rather spend her times reading books or studying new magic with Noora. Or making sure the elemental spirits around the Hall are happy and won’t be bothered with any new construction. Which honestly keeps her rather busy as a swamp like the Hall has its fair share of spirits who need to be calmed or soothed after something happens. Or they pick fights with the spirits within the Belspring druids and she’s called to stop their bickering. That happens more often than she’d like… |
