Main Theme: Body Talks by The Struts

______ Darcel is the adopted son of Shiva and Fachnan, having been found by his adoptive father after being separated from his brothers by Carnage Ichors. While the two did find one of Darcel's brothers, Grimshaw, they were unable to find the other, Asphodel. As the oldest, Darcel is very 'protective' of his younger siblings, and the loss of Asphodel has made him incredibly possessive of Grimshaw. With being brought into Shiva's family, he has begun using the network to subtly try and find his brother. For what it's worth, Shiva finds his dedication to his siblings adorable and endearing. His dedication to his search has led to his becoming a master of interrogation techniques, and sussing out when he's being lied to. Most dragons have learned to talk to their first interrogators before they bring in Darcel, as they won't be leaving in one piece once he enters.

______ "Papa, I require your aid."

Fachnan looked up from a letter, likely from Cerberus, and raised an eyebrow at Darcel.

"What? Did Baal put something on a shelf you can't reach again?"

Ignoring the 'playful' jab at his size, he shook his head.

"No, I need to use your connections within the network."

This made Fachnan pause, and put down the letter and fully pay attention to his adoptive child.

"To find your brother I assume?"

"Yes. I've explored all other avenues beyond actually leaving and looking for him physically."

Fachnan hummed.

"Fine, I have one contact that may help, but I can't guarantee he will. Give me time to reach out and send Loki with the missive."

Darcel smiled thankfully.

"Thank you Papa. I greatly appreciate this."

He gave Fachnan a hug, and settled between his forelegs.

"So what does Cerberus have to say?"

Fachnan chuckled and began to read out loud as Darcel settled in to listen.
