Maple is a well-known and highly cherished member of Faithful Forests. While living amongst the other gardeners, she specializes in keeping and caring for butterflies. Most of her time is spent rescuing, raising, and helping them. Because of her, butterflies have become extremely precious and specially protected in the clan of Faithful Forests.

While Maple's origins are mostly unknown, what is obvious is her folded pair of wings. Despite this, Maple still manages to fly, claiming that the power of love healed her in a previous life. She came to Faithful Forests when the gardens were in a time of need, bringing blessed and beautiful pollinators to help the clan regain its flourish. She has since set up a lovely butterfly farm and planted plentiful amounts of host plants, including her favorite, Milkweed. However, she has also brought great amounts of other plants, such as butterfly bushes. All in all, she has a true passion for butterflies and works hard to keep them thriving.

Though Maple is a very kind and nurturing dragon, she tends to stray away from other clanmates. Her preferred companions are bugs-- Monarch Butterflies especially. At times her curiosity gets the best of her, and her graceful free spirit will send her on adventures, but she never fails to return home to her butterflies and clan.
