- very fast, extremely agile, all-around dangerously capable in the air. Provided it's open air, that is, needs a very open area to be effective with her usual MO. sorta based of ash's pidgeot from ashes of the past and revali ig.
- fighting-wise, tries to be as pragmatic as possible. pocket sand? sure. hidden knives and daggers everywhere? naturally. zero hesitation whatsoever, unless it's within a controlled environment with safeguards. of course, she has her limits, but otherwise, it's anything goes.
- unusually pointed wings (the feather parts), hind leg claws are more talons than claws, fore leg claws are still relatively sharp and well-maintained. hind feet also have an extra backwards-facing claw for some reason.
- very sharp eyesight. It's not hyperbole to say that her eyes are like those of an eagle's. in the daytime, at least.
- has a LOT of flechettes, they never seem to run out, carries them everywhere. then again... are those feather-shaped daggers, or are those dagger-like feathers?
- has figured out a technique to summon instant updrafts everywhere, more like it's an application of powerful wind magic (she calls it Starling's Gale, which is indeed a blatant ripoff from an old rival of hers back in the Twisting Crescendo). usually likes to keep range and stay high up in the sky, then rain arrows down everywhere. Uses wind magic to redirect arrows, create tornadoes, messy wind currents so no one else can fly etc. Measured her top speed here.
- bow has a decent poundage but shoots arrows VERY quickly, currently practicing with shooting multiple arrows in one go. Has custom arrows of varying types made, but can make do with others
- can hold bow with hind claws and shoot, BUT because hind claws are so ridiculously big, rarely does this, still, bowstring is quite strong
- has her own personal flight range to practice.
- pragmatic. Extremely manipulative. However can take a joke and can relax sometimes if she's around close friends
- surprisingly good at an office job, but being detailed comes with being good at archery
- may or may not be a mafia boss with an extensive network of connections and spies, hence why she's listed as "Delta Syndicate Boss" on the Top Secret files. actually a subversion - the Ultra Top Secret files show her true title in relation to the Clan - the Delta Intelligence Agency Director. She deliberately gave both her mafia and the intelligence agency the same name.
- voice claim is probably Arlecchino from Genshin, with a dash of Yelan / Ningguang, and around half an octave deeper
- is probably rich enough to bankrupt the royal family.
- claims the reason she has so many Wind Sprite couriers is because she "blackmailed the Windsinger." Nobody knows how true this is.
- got an egg once, egg hatched into a Greenwing Razorclaw, but with the plumage colouring and crest of a Crowned Roc (complete with yellow eyes). Ava named him Shahrokh. Unfortunately, he also thinks he's a Crowned Roc, albeit a tiny one, so he just makes roc sounds and acts generally like a Crowned Roc would. Is the origin of the rumour of Ava having a pet Crowned Roc no matter how many times she tries to convince everyone else (and "everyone else" is inclusive of Shahrokh, so…). Fortunately, he's one of the very few fliers who can somewhat keep up with Ava. She commissioned custom armour for him.

Views Esmeralda as an okay partner-in-crime. Is Esmeralda's boss. Likes her as a person.

Likes Regina. Finds her a worthy leader, because they are alike in many aspects. Though, to Ava, something about Regina seems... off, but she can't exactly place it yet. She's devoted to finding out what, though.

"You really should start paying attention to what's going on around you. There are games being played here on so many levels."

Appreciates Polaris' information... wait. How on earth did she acquire this ? She's not going to confront her directly, because the last time she did, she got thrown around in a vicious blizzard complete with hurricanes and got stuck in a glacier of I_c Ice at absolute zero. Perhaps one of the only two dragons Ava's actually secretly afraid of. Who's the other? Find out yourself.

Found Laurel to a be stick in the mud, for all her insistence on following the rules - until when she found out Laurel was willing to only follow rules to the letter, but not the spirit. Still, obviously keeps her more criminal activites hidden because she does not want to be persecuted.

"Masquerading as friends was kind of fun, wasn't it? Unfortunately it's time to drop the pretense and get to the business at hand."

Naturally, like most people, knows Dawn Jr is bats*it crazy. Unlike most people, believes that as long as she gets the job done within a certain time, it's fine, because she has the sinking suspicion that Dawn Jr is faking her craziness.

Is not quite sure what to make of Hikari. She's the medic, and while her abilities are highly valued, at the same time she's healing her enemies. She can't really blame her, though.

"I don't like the look of what you've been up to. What would your friends think of this information?"

Thinks Ankaa is a pompous a**. Doesn't like her, but manages to hide her displeasure quite well - not that the other Skydancer would notice, anyway, and is planning to use her for her own ends. Grudgingly admits that Ankaa is good at fighting, though.

Sees Akairo's temper as a liability which really needs to be under control. Will admit that he's good at what he does: keeping Dawn Jr in check, which is a feat that only Elio has managed to pull off until this point. Will not admit to secretly provoking him randomly out of a detached curiosity to see how he'll react each time.

"Mundus vult decipi, ergo decipiatur."

Dueled with her once. She flew out of range, and Seraphina either dodged or blocked her arrows, explosions and essentially all her attacks. It only ended after Ava summoned a hurricane and Seraphina was left stumbling. Respects her fighting, but annoyed by her incessant barrage of questions.

Thought her music was a frivolous (though she might have been slightly sore due to her being completely unable to sing). Then Victoria whipped out her analysis notes and Ava was highly impressed, to say the least. Respects Victoria a great deal, but purposely led her to be a bit too focused on her notes.

"Every great leader had an executioner. Not just to execute people, but to also execute their vision and plans. But... mainly to execute... well, in my case, assassinate people. I was once Esmeralda's... and now you shall be mine."

Is... mixed. On one hand, Maria's extremely loyal. On the other hand... Maria's far too bloodthirsty for her liking. She's trying to curb her murderous tendencies, but unfortunately Maria doesn't understand subtlety.

Asteria is her spanner in the works. The wildcard has been throwing wrenches into her plans since Day 1, and quite frankly she couldn't be more frustrated by any other dragon. Seriously, she can never predict her, and Asteria's crazy, so she's given up on reasoning with her.

"Ahahah, don't be surprised. In truth, you'd be a fool if you didn't know what was going to happen."

Is not very close to Magnolia (then again, Ava has never been close with anyone - maybe except Esmeralda, and even that's a stretch). Though, the rumours in the underground are... interesting. Ava has her own backings, so she has no need of Magnolia's... more clandestine services. Still, she has quietly put in a good word for her here and there.

Doesn't like him. He's lazy, he glows and hurts her eyes, he won't move out of the way, and he cancels her magic. Granted, the last one is useful when used on others, but it's quite inconvenient because Wind magic is required for her instant thermals.

"I could apologise - but it's not personal. It's business. Don't give me that look, it's merely standard procedure for the underground."

Finally! A competent guard for the Observatory! Now, if Ava can just win over Ravenna's favour so she can cash it in later...
