The emperor reversed comments on power, control, authority, responsibility, and discipline. In his reversed position, he can be controlling, manipulative, domineering, or rigid and unmoving in his ways. This card can suggest abuse of power, shying away from leadership, or an unhealthy relationship. This can come from you or another, usually a father figure, boss, or partner if the latter is the case. You may need to stand up to authority or take charge.

A great disturbance falls over the local dragons whenever Valais walks into their lands, whatever form their home may take. The only warning appears as a black vulture, made up of smoke, soot, or storm clouds at close inspection. There was one instance when he was unusually cheerful: the bird was not a bird at all, but a kaleidoscope of butterflies. Valais doesn’t appear powerful or physically intimidating despite being a Night Warrior descendant, and isn’t. He makes do with a sharp mind and love for mystery. Despite his organised mindset, his actions lie in his emotions. He makes sure to keep them in check and fears losing control. Valais has a disdain for those who take their power too far; fathers, leaders, and partners alike. This he learnt from his parents' influence, though unlike them, he is no pacifist. While he thought it admirable and noble, he prefers his own way of dealing with evil. His manners arrive head tilted upwards and leave just the same. Valais tends to stay a week at most, looks diligently over the strings across his wings, and sometimes stops to smooth down a frayed one before leaving the next day. Almost as if nothing took place, the dragons would go back to their original routines. Perhaps they gossip about the stranger who arrived and left in the same day, about how no one saw him leave his assigned quarters, or most likely, about the disappearance of a disliked figure who stunk of monstrous evil. Maybe they'd conveniently mention the lack of child disappearances. Valais wouldn't know, he was already long gone, along with the foreboding weather. |

November, the Dark Moon Perhaps the most mysterious of all the Witchborne are those born under the Dark Moon, where their abilities lie literally in the darkness where they can create, shape and manipulate everything under its dusky shade. By itself, darkness is mostly used to cloud everything into total darkness to which Child-Eaters are most likely to be using, but by accessing a more specific and personal dimension of dark energy, Witchborne under the Dark Moon can channel the dark into a variety of effects, both as an absence of light and a solid substance, create and dispel shields and areas of total darkness, create constructs and weapons and even the most accomplished ones could teleport one's self through massive distances through the shadows. Element: WIND Rarity: COMMON Often confused with Alitura Witchborne, Spiritus Witchborne instead channel the Wind element so adeptly that sometimes they have no need for their wings to fly. In Valais' case, the fluctuating power between wind and darkness manifest in the shadowy clouds that mark his arrival. |
