Borealis was the strongest knight in all of The Southern Icefield. He was the fastest, the swiftest, the bravest -- he was the only dragon known to return from the Cloudscrape Crags with the successful capture of not just one, but two Clouddancers, whose hide is extremely prized by the Ice flight.

With Borealis fighting for the Icewarden, the Ice dragons were undefeatable in raids and expansion of territory. He became the most wanted knight, dead or alive, since getting Borealis in your clan or absolutely defeating him were some of the highest honors.

Tired of losing knights and goods at the hand of Borealis, the Shadow dragons decided it was time to get revenge. King Neptune wasn't one to scheme revenge plans, but he had to admit -- even he was getting sick of Borealis constantly having successful missions against his clan. With the assistance and buffs from Artemis and Harmonia King Neptune's strength surpassed even the largest dragons, and he was ready to take on the Icewarden's shining knight.

When Neptune finally came face-to-face with Borealis, he was more than prepared to swing his sword and finally take down his enemy. Their blades clashed against each other, sparks flying and metal ringing from how quickly each dragon attacked. As the battle carried on, Harmonia realized how weak Neptune was becoming, and quickly sent him an extra buff, to help him deal that final blow. Neptune swung his blade around one last time, knocking away Borealis' weapon and leaving him defenseless as the tip of Neptune's shining sword met his throat.

"I hear that having you join a dragon's clan is extremely valuable, and after seeing you fight, I see why," Neptune sighed. "I could barely defeat you, even with magical advantages. I'm... willing to spare you, so long you join my clan and fight for me instead."

"Since you are the first dragon to defeat me, I must honor your request," Borealis said coldly. He'd never been beaten before. He was angry and frustrated with Neptune, but he was grateful to have his life spared, regardless.

"Wait! Wait, you can't take my Borealis!" a frantic Imperial cried.

"Gaia, please, just let the Nocturne take me in peace--" "No!" Gaia interrupted. "If you take my Borealis, you take me too."

Neptune saw the fear in Gaia's eyes from losing the dragon she very clearly adored. He was reminded of his love for Queen Nyx and how he swore he'd follow her anywhere, lowering his blade as he thought of his beautiful Queen.

"I am willing to take both of you," Neptune agreed, smiling at the dragons. "I'm sure my Queen wouldn't mind having another friend in the palace."
