The life's breath of the An'iel still flows through the city of Val-ar-Aion, which they built. Caelyx is but a humble student of their origins, their great works, and their eventual fate. Why where they called back to the beacon in ancient times, and why are they reappearing today? Did the Lightweaver feel that the young Light clans no longer needed them, or did she require them for more pressing, secret matters?

Whatever became of Val-ar-Aion's angels? And- most crucially- how many of them can dance on the head of a pin?
