A singularly devoted servant of the Lightweaver, smelling of patchouli and old parchment. A ward of the Chapel, surrendered to its tender care by his exalted parents, Aulrayn found his purpose in documenting and translating old scripture. He seems altogether detached from the world- indeed, it is a rare thing that can get him to look up from his writing at all. The peak of this folly can be seen in the priceless silks and jewels adorning his person, for Aulrayn, though golden-feathered, is of the humblest stock. An orphan turned monk, he would have been content to wear nothing but the coarse muslin of a chapel faithful for the rest of his daysb --idk where i was going with this lmao wIP
