Gwyneth's interest in magic was sparked when her parents told her about their mutual ancestor Naomi, a mysterious Fae that caused uproar due to a certain... incident. Said Fae had an unusual power, a unique kind of magic, one that each descendant of hers inherited in some way or another.

Despite her young age, little Gwyneth - or Gwynnie, as she prefers being called - started looking up old scrolls and notes carrying information about Naomi. The more she found out about the Fae's powerful magic, the more did her obsession with the whole incident grow. She couldn't help but wonder what kind of potential might slumber in her own body, waiting to be discovered.

Striving to find information beyond that of her old clan, the Pearlcatcher girl decided to wander off on her own. She came across many different clans, but none of those had a strong connection to magic. Thus, Gwyneth left the Tidelord's sea and entered the Lightweaver's ruins. A little scared, she made her way through the unknown territory and was ignored by every dragon she encountered once they saw her blue eyes.

One day, Gwyneth's rumbling stomach became enough of a problem for her to interrupt her journey. A bug she had never encountered before caught her sight and she followed it, smelling her dinner. Just as she was about to catch it, someone interrupted her - Loulou, an apprentice witch of a nearby clan's Eclipse Coven. As it turned out, the rare bug she was about to captivate and eat was poisonous, but its odor was needed for a special transformation spell. They managed to get a hold of it together and Loulou invited her to the Coven. Finally, she was able to rest.

Much to her disappointment, the witches of the Eclipse Coven had only so much as heard of the legendary Naomi - even the clan's library didn't help her out. Gwyneth was contemplating leaving, but Loulou immediately promised she'd help her out with finding information about Naomi's magic. The two Pearlcatcher girls became best friends in no time, many of their nights are now spent reading through old literature and trying out spells. 		Sugarstalker Black Swan Onyx Ceremonial Scythe
