 CHIYOTAIRYŪ TENKŪBASHI RIGHT HAND OF THE KING PRINCE OF KASAIWARI KITSUNE & QIRIN BLOODLINE «- - - - - - - - - - - - - ❖ - - - - - - - - - - - - -» At the right hand of the king is Chiyotairyu, just as royal and more yokai than dragon. The second child of the empress of Kasaiwari, he was born with the privilege and burden of leading the provinces one day, be it alongside his elder sister or in a military position. It's not that he didn't care, per say, or didn't take it seriously, just that he was always a precocious and rebellious child. Whilst he took in his lessons well enough, he would also bunk off to play with his friends. When it came down to his engagement to the son of one of the Daimyo, he instead fled to an ally of his home, the Thanatos Syndicate. Chiyo has been Rho's right hand ever since he arrived. The two share a close bond, and Chiyo is perhaps the only person who can do what Rho does- whilst Chiyo runs hot in more ways than one, he is also very shrewd and compassionate by nature. He is both an excellent warrior and an excellent leader, able to gracefully and thoughtful command groups of people in diplomatic and military matters. It's safe to say the Syndicate would grind to a halt without his input. Living the life that he has taken its toll. He's missing his left eye and right ring finger, and has a ridiculous amount of scars from battle. There's mental damage too that will never be undone, no matter the booze he drinks. Still he's largely a friendly and charismatic guy, down-to-earth and hardworking. He's honed his body and mind into weapons yet remains open to the kindness of the world around him.
