Maecius The Tactician

Maecius is the head of the science branch for the Tacticians and is known to be extremely heinous with a very smug personality. While coming off very eloquent compared to many of his brethren he is actually the worse person any dragon could encounter. Maecius enjoys tearing apart his victims bit by bit and altering them in many different ways. He dedicated his research to enhance the Carnage-Ichor"s strengths and abilities, even if it mean destroying everything else in the process. Like many of the rare few C-Is, he also enjoys the taste of dragon flesh and has eaten many of his victims after torturing them through his experiments, using his immunity to poison and infections to his advantage. Any future Ichor variants that are most likely to appear were probably made by his hand.



Rare eyes:
Rare eyed Ichors are the masters of strategy and have the ability to damage and alter their opponent's nervous system to the point where it will affect movement, coordination, muscle cortex, and sight. They are often regarded as the ideal leader/tactician and are recognized for their knowledge and intelligence. C-I Wardens are said to have had these types of eyes before being granted their new gifts and status by Plaguebringer.
