Soro's armor is mostly to deter potential enemies, though that doesn't mean she can't put up a mean fight if she has to. Instead of her outward appearance with her armor and strange physical features, what she should be more known for is her extensive bone collection. When she was just a hatchling, she wandered the wastes of Ashfall for fun and happened upon a whole Jackalope skeleton. Just nearby was a Highreach Bonepicker, far from home. It hissed vehemently upon Soro's arrival, thinking that this intruder would take it's kill. True to Tundra nature, Soro swiftly made friends with the griffin, Sol, and they've been rummaging for bones together ever since. Now, since her bone collection has grown extensively, she uses them for a different purpose: for paintbrush handles and tattoo needles. After finding copious amounts of the same animals in Flamecaller's domain, Soro decided to travel and see what else she could find. Everywhere she went she would make friends, from Shifting Expanse to Sunbeam Ruins. Nothing is more important to Soro than friendship, which is typically usual for Tundras anyhow. This being the way it was, it was no surprise that she befriended Sprig the Fae on her way through the Viridian Labyrinth to find different bones for her trade. Though Sprig is the Queen of the Spriggon Clan, Soro is actually the founder of it. After the move from Sprig's homeland into the fiery ashfall wastes, Soro will accompany Sprig back home once a year to honor the graves of her past family. No one should have to visit sorrow alone, not on Soro's watch. Though it was a surprise when one of those fallen came back from the dead. Soro will sometimes ponder about her appearance. Differences are celebrated in many clans and flights, because it means new discoveries and brighter futures. However, this tundra can't help but wonder why she looks the way she does, and if it has anything to do with the Ice Warden's First Children. |
