Lily

She hated this whole thing. She hated watching her brother die over and over again. Her own passing had been simple, sickness took over, and that was that. Not exactly a pleasant death, but certainly better than what ever Ben was going through.
He had been shot in countless places, suffocated a few times, even gotten sick like her. His death just seem to get worse and worse, like it wasn’t enough for whatever was pulling the strings.
It start off with him being shot, that seemed to satisfy it, until it got bored. So a horse was thrown in, now a rush against time to keep him alive. Certainly more exciting, but that got dull too, it seemed. So the horse hit a stone, hurt it’s leg and they went crashing down, and Romain found shelter under a tree, struggling to keep Ben alive till more when Will and Pierre would scoop him up, and Lily even came down to comfort him every now and then. She hoped it would be enough, he was suffering ever so much. But then there was a duel, Pierre was standing there, a bullet racing toward him, and Ben, stupid fool, jumped in front of him. The opposing man would threaten the doctor or sometimes them with a gun, so they’d ride off somewhere safe, usually to Will’s, where darling Grace would find a doctor hours away.
And those were just the main ones, there were countless others, and she didn’t understand why it kept going on like this. Ben needed a break. Romain needed a break. They both deserved rest.
But all she could, for now, was watch from above, beside his bed, and whisper gently in his ear,

Sweet and dainty and likes tea
Over the past year some how Ben has gained a sister who died because of illness, a brother who’s the oldest and bitter because he had to watch literally his whole family die and he feels as though he should have died first, and a adopted son

I don’t know how that happened
But she’s sorta a ghost
And sorta not
We don’t really question her

In her life she used to wear fancy gowns and such

In death she wears a white night dress

I don’t even know how she happened
