Progenitor of the Clan Close to the entrance of the Gardens, another smaller tunnel, with a door made of woven cloth. Through the darkened tunnel, the ceiling is painted, glowing ink spread in constellations across the carved stone. Images of the two progenitors swirled in the constellations, and below their tails, their clawprints pressed next to one another. Below, there is a print of every dragon who had stayed in the clan, each preserved carefully. There is a small crystal embedded in each of the now exalted dragons' palm, marking their dedication to the clan and the flight. Past the long hallway, a chamber opened up, lanterns floating in the wide space, carpets and pillows scattered about. The walls lower down are covered in shelves and nooks, holding a wealth of texts and writings. Higher up, artwork covers the walls, ranging in sizes. Colors fill the raised area, and there is the artwork of hatchlings next to the creations of dragons an age ago. A Fae-sized desk sat on the far side, a lantern hovering just high enough to be a good reading light. |
