B I O G R A P H Y
His lungs felt like they were filled with poison, and every cough made his head throb. Thirsty, so so thirsty. He stood, and tried to take staggering steps to exit the crater, but collapsed. His body spasmed once, and he lay still. He heard a voice deep inside his skull, a malicious one. "He is running out of time..." the high pitched voice hissed in his ear. He saw an image of a dormant volcano in the Ashfall Wastes. Dragons lived in the tunnels, laughing and enjoying each other. He could feel a powerful force writhing beneath the earth, dark laughter echoing in his mind. He then saw a den, and inside was a Skydancer and a Mirror. The Mirror was terribly sick, hacking and coughing, and unable to keep any bit of food or water down, and he looked like he was going to die soon. A Skydancer stood over him, comforting the Mirror. "You will be my greatest challenge, you will cause the Riot against me. I can't wait till I challenge the Mother of Deah's children again. Save the Mirror". The voice hissed once more. He awoke with a start and felt his blood turn cold. That voice, he didn't know who or what that was. It wasn't the Plaguemother, or any of the of deities he knew of. All he knew was that a Mirror was about to die, and the voice was going to hurt dragons. He stood, his joints aching, yet his body feeling stronger than before. Powerful, even invincible. He was Riot, and he'd save that Mirror and defeat that voice. |

Although he doesn't like fighting, he learned how to fight fiercely to survive among his clanmates. Leadership was chosen by who the most ruthless was, like a wolf pack. He managed to keep up in the ranks, not too high, but high enough to be respected by the lower ranking dragons. Although he tried his best, he was seen as an outcast among the other high rankers. He was often the butt of a joke, or even would be randomly verbally abused. He tried his best to serve the Plaguemother, but he felt bad for serving a God he didn't feel loyal too, although he agreed she deserved respect. Riot made a mistake though. He got to close to a low ranker, one of the lowest ranking Dragons, who framed him in a murder of a high ranker. The low ranker "outed" him, and declared themself a hero of the clan. Riot was going to be banished but the clan was too angered by what they thought were his actions. They decided he should be killed by rotting. They knocked him out cold, and drug his body to the Wyrmwound. They believed he was too weak to survive whatever he would catch, and that his death would be slow and deserving. They were wrong. Riot survived, and in his sick state had a vision. He was told by a mysterious figure to go to a clan and save a Mirror dragon, before helping the clan defeat this figure. |
