Arpat is the first wind dragon that the wisps brought to the Chateau. He would have been easily endangered in the darkness of the Tangled Wood, having such pale scales, but Tsaiare took him under her wing like many others. Arpat does not have an affinity for fighting, scouting or magic, so he ended up in Tsaiare's courtroom. He has a passion in machinery, and although he is not a licensed professional, he is good at it all the same. Where his friend Terrabyte uses more modern electric technology common to the Shifting Expanse, he uses more archaic, steam-powered technology.

For now, he courts Zormi, who he finds to be a very likeable and beautiful dragoness.
