Hello, I was wondering if the ringmaster of the Wisp Court, Cicero is available for breeding? I am trying to get a specific colour/breed/gene combo - I understand as he's first gen and has lore that he might not be available, but let me know if he is and either I can borrow him or you can borrow one of my dragons (on a quest to make purple/vermillion/yellow Spyro dragons)
