Clan Leader | The Mother

Anthea was the first leader of the clan. Hatched in the Emberglow Hearth alone, Anthea needed to survive on her own skills. Anthea always wanted a large family. She wanted many friends and great grand hatchlings to call her own. It was her dream to start a clan where everyone worked together for the better of everyone involved.

Past Header2
Her dream became more of a reality when she met Grouden, a handsome young guardian who shared her dream of starting a clan. The two fell in love and created a den near where Anthea hatched in the Emberglow Hearth. Soon, they took in dragons in need of a home and aspiring warriors and their clan grew. It was around that time where she met Quillon and the two took on the Coliseum together. Battle after battle, Anthea and Quillon two grew closer. They bonded over their shared love of the battle and thrills of the fight. Quillon confessed to Anthea in the Redrock Cove. Anthea had felt the same way, but she already had a mate with Grouden. So they had kept their love secret from the clan

The secrets from the clan were taking their toll on Anthea. She hated lying to her family and friends. She refused to keep hurting Grouden like this. So.. she told him. Grouden was hurt, but he knew Mirrors liked to commit to their own breed more so than others. Grouden and Anthea had grown apart while the clan grew, and saw this as inevitable. Now, Anthea leads the clan with Quillon and her other warriors.

Anthea, when not in the Coliseum, takes care of the young. She likes to groom and play-fight with the hatchlings while their parents took care of themselves. Mirrors are known to be savage, but Anthea is caring and extremely gentle with the clan's young. She feels her purpose is to raise the hatchlings and encourage them in the fight for The Flamecaller in Dominance. Her pride is when dragons from her clan can compete in Dominance.

While Anthea is a leader, she helps out mostly when members of the clan get into fights or have disagreements. She doesn't look into every personal affair, nor does she plan far into the future. That job she leaves to the other clan warriors, Osiris, Morrigan and Pele

HER MATE, QUILLON
Quillon was one of the first dragons to join the clan. He was wounded from a hunt and left behind. The clan healed him and Quillon left to rejoin his pack. He was gone for many days, but finally returned to admit his pack had left him. He held no grudge against them, as he knew that's just how his pack were. He chose to stay with Anthea's clan and work in the Coliseum to fulfill his desire to fight.
