A timid and mild-mannered dragon with a fondness for the harp, Celestine lives on the heathery hills of The Beacon of the Radiant Eye. Known by locals as the 'Sunset Siren', a warm breeze carries the pearlcatcher's song across the waters each dusk, guiding those travelling at sea to the welcoming shores of the Lightweaver's domain.

Possessing the striking features of a primal dragon, Celestine is said to hold the last drop of a days sunlight in her sparkling golden eyes. As her name might suggest, the pearlcatcher was hatched at the peak of a glorious twilight. As the sun sank, its light seemed to be drawn into the baby pearlcatcher, her eyes gleaming brighter as the sky dimmed, her scales absorbing the rich orange and purple of the eventide clouds.

Celestine was raised by the Maidens of the New Dawn, and spent her youth in their temple. She was taught the ancient history of her flight, and schooled in the traditional arts of calligraphy, poetry, and music. It was the latter that the pearlcatcher loved the most, and her free time was spent practising the harp and writing songs, trying to capture the beauty of a sunset in word and melody.

Shy by nature, Celestine prefers to express herself with music, finding inspiration in her favourite place; on the golden cliffs overlooking the vast ocean. In this sun-drenched place the region's own deity is rumoured to dwell, and as the pearlcatcher plays her tune into the gloaming, she imagines the Lightweaver herself enjoying the gentle strum of the harp as the day slowly comes to an end.

Fun fact: I had her skincent first, and purchased a primal g1 to scatter for colours to fit it. I got her colours on the second scatter and they couldn't have been a more perfect match!
