Biography

Apatemyidae aeUsbrod

tumblr_inline_nfccblLjbi1qg78ij.png tumblr_inline_nk71a9tcrJ1qg2i5p.png

Apatemyidae is an incredibly gentle, happy dragon who gets along well with all the other dragons in his clan.
He spends quite a bit of time twisting up around his mate and keeping their arguments from getting too heated. Typically though, he tries to stay out of it until it gets too out of hand.
Apatemyidae enjoys small birds and can often be found lying somewhere watching them.

The social face of the Usbrod, Apatemyidae is calm, gentle, and extremely personable. When one thinks of the first family, they think of the mild glare of PC and the gentle unaffected smile of Apatemyidae.

There's no place Apatemyidae would rather be that twisted around his mate. Far smaller than them, he can be found dozing on their back most of the time. How better to keep them from getting into arguments than by constantly accompanying them? When he's not with his mate or taking care of the more political aspects of being a respected community member he can be found twisted into a tree or a bush watching small birds.

Apatemyidae's family was fairly normal sized, unlike PC's. He came from a clan of XXY and YYX black and white dragons where adults were not often permanently mated.
As such, it was practically expected for hatchlings to set out as soon as they were adults. His journeys with PC have been the best of his life.

Together the two have had many children. The most trying were the twins, who were absolute terrors and took better to their mother than to him in terms of obedience.
Souvans was always his favorite as she was the only spiral of the clutch. Though slightly shorter, she's a lot heavier than him, and when she was a child the two would often wrestle around.

Apatemyidae can be better understood by the story of his daughter CONEX, found in her profile.

CONEX, Daev, Muerte, Gnanapazham, Danou, and their third daughter Souvans.
