► C H A R A C T E R
Sikaziwa's ice magic is powerful. She's fiercely independent and alert. Meticulous as well as clean and orderly. She's organized and logical in her approach to things, and never gets into something without a proper cause.

But Sikaziwa has had a rough past, and is suspicious of everyone. She's not exactly hateful, but she's not far from it. She's prickly and brittle, and tends to have erratic episodes. She still has trust issues, night terrors, and the occasional fit.

► H I S T O R Y
Sikaziwa doesn't remember much during her hatchling days, but she remembers having her icy powers since birth. She couldn't control it, but other dragons knew she had these powers. And maybe that's where things went downhill.

She doesn't remember the exact time or day or if she was still a hatchling at the time, but she remembers these dragons dressed in either white or black, closing in around her, in a number small. It couldn't have been more than five or six, but she remembers not being able to fight back. A miasma in the air. Then the light dies out.

When Sikaziwa awakens, she's somewhere a lot warmer than her home. There were scary dragons everywhere, staring at her with eye colors of all different regions. The smell was strong, and then she was being hefted and thrown. There are others now. Of all different eye colors. She remembers them freezing to death.

She's being transported now, in a cage made of strong material. Faces pass by and she doesn't have a lot of time to recognize any of them. There are dragons speaking, in a broken language she can't comprehend. Then she's being traded off.

Sikaziwa can't tell if his eyes were red or pink, but either way he was her "master." He demanded that she call him that. Then he put his claws on her when she didn't answer. He froze immediately, blood freezing him still like a statue. From there other dragons came and dragged her somewhere else. Most of them froze to death.

Time stopped for her, even though she grew up. She passed hand after hand, freezing other dragons for her "masters." The last one she was with, both the longest and the most brutal, had a blacksmith forge silver bangles, and now they were stuck to her skin, cutting into her and she grew but they stayed the same.

It was night, she remembers, when she wished to escape the torture and control. Wished harder than she ever had before. Tired of the hurt her body constantly felt, day after day; sick of the sight of others being frozen by her uncontrollable power. Then being shattered into uncountable pieces. Just then, as she thought nothing could save her, an Imperial appeared out of the air. Without no words, her body shimmered and she became a portal. Sikaziwa knows this because she took that as an opportunity for escape.

Where she landed exactly, Sikaziwa is not sure. All she knows is that she ended up in the hands of a Ridgeback dragon who goes by Nabi, and who had the same power as her. And she was powerful. But Sikaziwa couldn't trust her, couldn't trust any of them. Despite their kind and soft words they were going to treat her as did everyone else has. Hurt her.

Sikaziwa couldn't count the amount of times she's ran away. But at least half the time, she was brought back to her captors by the near clone Warden. Who was "once a slave, as well." No. That Pearlcatcher was no former slave. She would always be a slave, because everyone was only out for themselves. They existed to take advantage of you, in anyway possible. This clan was no different.
