It's worth noting that while Karala is very good at what he does, the King of Keys visits a different practitioner for his health rather than risk becoming a subject...of his subject.
- Familiar is enormous, flightless, and plaguey. Eats junk like a Bloodborne crow and is about as charming. Also loves pebbles that look like eyes because why not, lol. Often exchanges knowing looks with Karala with all twelve...hundred of it's little pimply-looking squinters, especially when a patient is speaking. Delightful.
