Stellura is the guardian spirit of the babbling streams and waterfalls outside of the clan, and takes great joy in splashing passersby and creating rainbows in the air with her water magic. She has a bubbly, energetic personality and will often chatter for hours to anyone close enough to listen, much to the chagrin of anyone who may have been trying to take a quiet bath in her waters. She works closely with Dewdrop, the water witch, and loves to lend her magical assistance to anyone who may need it.
