Biography

Pixel-ally-flag-2.png Name: Mistletoe
Status: Hunter, Nature Flight Ambassador

Heart Rose Vista: Rainsong Jungle Writhing Treesnake

"Who cares if I can't eat what I catch - that just means I can give it to Duir."

Sometimes, Mistletoe looks up at the blanketing canopy that shelters the Clan of Glowing Night, and instead imagines they are the broad leaves and blooming flowers of the Shrieking Wilds instead. She quickly dismisses such follies to instead focus on more practical matters, like placing one paw in front of the other, keeping her flicking, snakelike tongue close to the ground as to not lose track of her latest quarry.

It's not like she was the one who abandoned the Viridian Labyrinth, it was the one who abandoned her. A clan is supposed to be a community, a home, so when her clan rejected the person she loved most because of something as trivial as dominance and borders - well, her clan was clearly no longer serving its purpose, so there was no reason to stay.

Faking her death and then Duir's shortly afterward might have been a tad overdramatic, but it all worked out in the end. It even got their two old clans to mend their ways - just like some kind of bad play or something! The first time she and Duir came across a script about "The Butterfly Druid and the Lone Huntress," they were laughing for days afterward.

... It'd ruin all their careful planning if they went back now. That's the only reason Mistletoe won't go back. Nothing else. At least, that what she tells herself, late at night, when it's dark enough that the Foxfire Brambles look like jungle vines.
