Cerulean came from The Behemoth of the Viridian Labyrinth. Younger brother of Rinko. Adopted by Io and Ryuu at the encouragement of En and Atsushi, who also act as joint parents.

Needless to say, everyone was surprised when Cerulean suddenly started to display the ability to become water. They suppose the runes he was born with granted him that particular ability.
