Chisanau
(Chee-san-ouw) (AKA Chi)

Position: Neighborhood sunshine/Wind collector.
Relationships
Parents: (Cheshire & Boedot): Chi's parents are part of a very large family. Her mother, Boedot, and Chi's grandmother, Peridot, have many children between them, thusly, Chi grew up with a doting array of aunts and older sisters, and seems to have travelling family living almost everywhere in Sornieth.
Siblings:
(All): Chi's many siblings (80% of them being sisters), and even her cousins and aunts, are all very close friends to her. Everyone in the large family helped raise one another, so she has good memories and relationships with all of them.
(Unnamed): Chi's "big sister" who really truly is bigger than her, because she's a Nocturne.
(René): Although not a sibling, Chi's fortune-telling cousin, René, is as much a brother to her as anything.
Mate:(None): Chisanau is uninterested in settling down with a family at the moment. She hasn't given the matter much thought, though, so there's a chance she could change her mind.
Offspring:(None): Chi is still too young to be considering hatchlings (not to mention that'd require a mate first).
Friends:
(All): With a bubbly personality like Chi's, it's hard not to make friends with most anyone. The Kith's resident sunshine took to Leo, Indra, and Van very quickly, though Leo stuck out to her the most for his recent transformation. She recognized that he was grieving for some kind of loss, and insightfully let her presence in the clan gradually cheer him up.
(Solx): Once the Kith allowed Solx to join them, Chi immediately wanted to befriend him (against his loud protests). Though no one can quite be sure if this is the real reason or not, she claims she likes the Spiral because he looks like a sock. And as such, she gave him the nickname "Stripey Socks" (which he also hates). Only Chi's valiant cheerfulness has let her survive his general dislike for her.
Familiar:(None yet): Chisanau has yet to bond with a familiar.
Story
Catching Wind of a New Friend...
Chisanau first met the Kith in the weeks following Edmund's exaltation, when the only three dragons in the clan were Leonidas, Indra, and Vancerred. They saw the Fae chasing winds while precariously carrying a cluster of jars. Vancerred helped her keep from breaking or dropping any of her valuables, while relating that she was in the same state (carrying all of her belongings from Lightning Flight) when she met the Kith.
Chisanau's joining the group seemed as ordinary as any other, happily accepting a place to put her jars and a group of friends to share a meal with. However, what the clan did not anticipate was this bubbly Fae being able to make a difference to their dejected leader. Chisanau guessed that Leo had lost someone close to him, and outright spoke of it to Indra and Vancerred alone, saying:
"I don't know that I can fill the empty space in his family, but I very much would like to see what difference I can make... For once, I feel like I've found a place I want and need to be..."
As far as the others are concerned, Chisanau became the first member of the New Kith, following the break up of the original four: Leonidas, Indra, Vancerred, and Edmund.
Chisanau proclaims herself to be a "wind skimmer" and proves most proficient in gliding inches off the ground and just on the surface of wind currents. She spends her days racing through the air, chasing down specific breezes and air streams, and capturing them in jars.
Her collection of bottled wind is immense and impressive. Each current is distinct to her, even though it looks like nothing more than...well...a jar of air. Though she is by no means a scientist, Chisanau loves her wind-catching hobby, and she hopes for nothing more than to show her collection to the Windsinger and see if he can make use of her happy-go-lucky study. She laments that she can't make the long flight to their deity's home, however, and her moth-like wings are better suited for short skims across the ground.

Valued Possessions: A collection of bottles, all containing wind currents or breezes (and sometimes butterflies, for lunch later on).
Habits: Although Chisanau is a bubbly sunshine, she still depicts the common Fae trait of being very hard to read. Thus, her deeper moments of thought come without warning, usually accompanied by a smile as well. It's very easy to forget how insightful she is when she spends her days chasing butterflies and breezes, and rolling in flowers. By the way, she rolls in flowers.
Breed/Color Changes: Formerly had Shimmer. She's perfect now. ;v;
