- a b o u t - Where she came from, no one knows. Greer first settled down in the Starfall Isles with a quiet Guardian named Ixitxachitl. For a while it was just the two of them in a timeless existence, whiling away the days and spending the nights watching the stars in a far corner of the Crystalspine Reaches. When Llyr and Asterion stumbled across them with a contagious curiosity about the earth and skies, the four became a team that would later become the Cosmological Horizon Research Center. Only months after this event, Ixitxachitl vanished without a word. No one knows why he left, or whether or not he'd ever come back; those who knew him never spoke of him from that day forth. But the Guardian's disappearance cast a shadow over the rest of the CHRC's founders, and Greer in particular was left with a hole in her heart. Hoping he might return, she was reluctant to relocate the Center from the Starfall Isles to the Shifting Expanse. A shadow stretched out across the desert, and sun glanced over wing as a weathered behemoth settled into the dust. Deepset eyes peered out from wind-worn hide- familiar eyes, eyes full to the brim with wisdom that had only increased with time. The sun was rising. Greer fell to the ground, and wept. But still he found her. Though the reunion was short, the two explorers were reconciled, and Greer had peace of mind when Ixitxachitl departed once again. Greer's leadership style is objective, decisive, and minimalist. Naturally alert, curious and adventurous, she becomes restless when confined in any way and is more likely to be found in the field than in the lab. - r e l a t i o n s -
