Llyr is the current head of the Physical Sciences Department, often working in conjunction with the Tech Department as well. Though his main focus is physics, he's knowledgeable in a wide variety of subjects including chemistry, archaeology, linguistics, and mathematics and can often be found in some corner of the lab with his nose buried in a book. In personality, Llyr is gruff and self-deprecating, but well-meaning and quietly earnest in his quest for knowledge.

Before arriving in the Starfall Isles and helping to found what is now the CHRC, Llyr was a wandering scholar. He spent a lot of time in the Sunbeam Ruins, where he met Asterion before returning to the Starfall Isles to settle down.

Llyr often ends up in leadership positions due to his experience and knowledge, but he's highly introverted and quickly becomes stressed when this is required for prolonged periods of time. In another reality, Llyr oversaw work done on the time machine project: he didn’t quite trust Ruth's work...
