When Dilosdrem was young, he wandered too far from the lair and into a Nightshade bush. He knew to not eat the berries, so he set about to find his way back to the Dolus Clan’s territory. He never saw the pair of eyes watching him.

It took a couple of hours, but eventually he could hear the clan calling his name. The next thing he knew was pain. His cries drew the attention of the clan, but when they arrived they could only look on in horror. The young Guardian’s once green scales turned a dark purple, liquid seemed to drip from his jaws in a manner almost like the Shadowbinder herself, and his claws started to glow a sickly green. His attacker was nowhere to be seen.

The clan gingerly took him to see a healer in another clan’s territory as there was none in Dolus at the time. Nothing wrong could be found, but the healer warned against getting close when Dilosdrem’s claws glowed as a precaution.

As time passed, the clan was glad they took the healer’s warning to heart. Rumors started to circulate around Sornieth about dragons who changed to purple colours with glowing, green claws. The darker the dragon, the deadlier they were.

Soon enough Dilosdrem heard the rumors too, and he began to isolate himself. Noctis, the clan leader, eventually came to talk with the Guardian. “Child,” he began, “you need not hide yourself away. Do not let this affect your life, rather turn it into something you can use.”

It didn’t take long for Dilosdrem to decide to be a clan guard. He volunteered for perimeter duty, making sure no beast clan or enemy clan made it to Dolus. It was here he earned his right to a second name. He took his time in deciding and decided on Dilosdrem , Deadly Peace.

Dilosdrem chose his name because of how deadly he can inadvertently be, and because he would rather pursue a peaceful option before fighting. He will not, however, push for peace when he knows 100% that a peaceful solution is not possible. He will fight with all his being to protect his home and his clan, and gods help those who harm any of them.

A gentle voice reveals itself during Dremvuulzoor's sleep. His troubled dreams are turned to those of happy memories, of better times and good friends. He playfully spars with an imperial he swears he recognizes, but can't place the name or face.

Relax old friend, I see how you feel inside. scar tissue, old grudges, fresh bandages soiled by new blood, aching muscles, the companionship of a good blade, trophies from enemies long gone, a spark of hope for what's to come

Dilosdrem will have a very successful future. He will seek to spread happiness, even though many dragons will not agree with him. Unfortunately, he will experience a betrayal by a close friend.
