21378.png 		There is, in general, no tolerance for violence within the clan. There are exceptions to every rule, though, and the exception granted to this beast is born of both awe and sympathy. She is one of the Plaguebringer's children, born of no mortal parents; however, she was forced by magic to stay in her egg long past gestation, and now is cursed to grow constantly. Bones grow larger and larger through her skin; in her agony, she doesn't let any other dragons close to her, in too much pain to understand their intention to help.

Moved by the sight of her pain, and certain that her healer could figure something out in time, Valdis ordered that this dragon be bound (as not to hurt any others) and brought with them, along with her aid, Luka, and their child, Rue. Some dragons questioned her decision- whether it was an excess of pity that lead her to allow this broken group of dragons to travel with them. But it has always been in Valdis' disposition to help those who cannot help themselves, so she commands her dragons to do what they must in order to help this ailing beast.

Sombre is fascinated by the condition, and occasionally spends long periods of time observing her. The beast seems to hate this, and it often puts her in an even more agitated state; Sombre insists that it is necessary if the beast is ever to be tamed, and the dragon within to be brought out again.
