Mother Of The Clan / Arcane Hybrid Healer

"All those who live and serve within our clan are my children. I will do anything to protect them."

Satyrion is one of the clan's founders. She devotes herself fully to caring for and raising her clan mates, much like a mother would. Many long and difficult years have made her a wise and compassionate clan leader. If a dragon needs a bit of advice or simply a shoulder to cry on, she'll be there. She has a soft spot for hatchlings and sprites.

When travelling outside of the clan's observatory, she always accompanies her mate, Yarrow, or one of the clan guardians. She's very much capable on her own and quite skilled at Arcane magic, but she brings along a companion or two so her clan doesn't freak out.

Satyrion specializes in healing magic and aids her clan mates in the Coliseum. She mainly fights with her mate, but sometimes she'll be seen with the warriors and archers.

All of her blood-related children have since parted from the clan, leaving to dwell among other dragon clans in the world of Sornieth. Her only descendant remaining in the clan is her grandson, Sapphiros. She does not plan to have anymore hatchlings, but she does care for the ones that come to the clan as if they were her own.

In fact, many of the earliest clan members were raised under her and Yarrow's wings! Anaphalis, Paladin, and Shyrza are very much their children, as they raised the trio for most of their lives.

While the clan does have a few archivists, Satyrion personally records the clan's most important events, such as lair expansions, moves, and new arrivals. She has a special magic scroll that she keeps with her at all times for this purpose alone. It has a lot of sentimental value to her and the clan, since it carries their fondest memories and the clan's entire history.

Satyrion's clan is a proud part of the Arcane flight and is located in the Hoverview Vale of the Starfall Isles.
To this day, the clan remains nameless, but she's still thinking on it!

⌈ BACKSTORY: From Fae To Spiral ⌋
Satyrion was not always a Spiral, and her abnormally small size for one can attest to that. She was once a natural-born Fae, like her mate, Yarrow. Arcane at heart and always proud.

Back when she was still a Fae, a few nomadic Wind Spirals had visited her clan on a whim, and her clan provided them with a place to stay for the week. They taught her clan many things, including the art of dance and music.

After noticing how much Satyrion had been admiring their freeform flight and elegant dances, her clan gifted her with a breed change scroll. She was overjoyed with the gift, and it didn't take long for her to get used to her new form.

Being a noodle makes for better hugs, too!

⌈ CLAN RECORDS ⌋
» On June 11th, 2013, Satyrion and Yarrow founded their new clan. They settled upon the Crystalspine Reaches due to its sheltered nature. It was the perfect place to begin raising their hatchlings.

» On June 1st, 2014, the clan moved to the Star Wood Strand. While they did miss their old crystal cavern, they were pleased with all the newly available open space for flying.

» On July 21st, 2017, the clan moved to the Focal Point. A few clan mates keep claiming that they've seen strange lights and shapes in the sky. One even claimed he saw an alien.
Two strange green dragons named Calypso and Saros showed up out of nowhere and joined the clan. They claim to definitely not be aliens.

» On September 5th, 2017, the clan expanded their lair again. Everybody has more room for their junk! Time to hoard more things.

» On July 12th, 2018, the clan moved into the Observatory. After years of hard work, Satyrion and Yarrow finally accomplished one of their dreams! They are now closer to Spacedad.

» On August 11th, 2018, the clan expanded their lair again. Their clan numbers have grown to over 100 dragons!

» On August 29th, 2018, the clan expanded their lair again. Everyone finally has their own sleeping quarters. (Though, some still preferred to share!)

» On September 11th, 2018, the clan expanded their lair yet again, in preparation for the Starfall Celebration. Nuem joined the clan as the new archivist.

» On September 22nd, 2018, the clan expanded their lair to accomodate a total of 120 dragons! Ialonus and Sundance joined them to commemorate a special day.

» On October 11th, 2018, the clan expanded their lair and built larger barracks for the army.

» On January 14th, 2019, the clan expanded their lair and built more machine space for the engineers. Thale wanted to expand the generator.

» On January 29th, 2019, the clan expanded their lair and rennovated the dining area. They now serve coffee and tea in the morning!

» On September 22nd, 2019, a couple of new dragons, Arcane and non-Arcane, joined the clan to commemorate a special day!

» On February 11th, 2021, Angel couldn't resist and picked up a sweet treat from a bakery on his way back home. Honu stopped by to introduce the clan to Myrtle.

» On February 16th, 2021, Ignitus, Etro, and a few colorful Veilspuns have joined the clan.

» On February 20th, 2021, the clan managed to summon yet another outsider. This time, of angelic origin. A new scientist, an odd labrat from S.T.E.M., also joined the clan.

» On February 21st, 2021, while the clan prepared for Trickmurk Circus festivities, a new face from overseas appeared.

» During the year of 2022, the clan didn't have many new members join, but they did gain a small archeology team and opened a museum branch with the newly discovered digsites. They still participated in the festivities and had a good time as usual, too.

» From January 25th - 27th, 2023, the clan an influx of new members after their winter downtime. A few members had gone on to new clans, but, in the end, they gained more members than they had said farewell to.

» On June 11th, 2023, Satyrion and Yarrow celebrated the clan's 10 year anniversary! The older clan members reminisced about their early years in the Crystalspine Reaches and Star Wood Strand together.
(Oh no, everybody's so old now.)

» From January 1st to 10th, 2024, after celebrating the new year, some clan members had chosen to go their own way and find new lands. Amidst the farewells, the clan also welcomed some new members.

» During the month of April 2024, the clan saw a boom in business and recruited many new workers. Notably, a few air balloon pilots, merchants, and other workers, including a few more from Wuduweard's Apprentices.
