Etro is a historian who specializes in the overall history of Sornieth. His knowledge covers the First Age, Second Age, and ends at the Third Age, respectively. He can't discuss much on the beast clans, because they aren't a part of his studies. As a much older Imperial, he does carry his own beliefs and opinions, but he still prefers to keep an open mind and is willing to hear the opinions of others. He believes shutting others out is no proper way to treat them and doesn't allow for a healthy growth of information.

Etro enjoys learning and doesn't mind having debates with others. In fact, he enjoys these debates. If nobody challenged his wisdom, then how would he have learned so much?

Etro's reputation among hatchlings is that of a "wise old grandpa." The hatchlings love to gather around to hear his stories and always ask him so many questions. He is gentle and never raises his voice towards his clan mates, and he isn't afraid to admit when he's wrong and apologize.
