Hailing from deep in the Wyrmwound, she lived her life longing for beauty instead of the all pervasive rot and ruin, passing the time carving - first wood, then bone, then stone....until, finally, she learned how to cut and polish gems, creating statues of beauty and elegance and an almost-lifelike movement. She sold her work, earning enough to travel on, venturing into the wide world outside.

She traveled from one land to another, trading her wares in markets and to palaces the world over. Eventually, rumors began to follow her, stories of statues come to murderous life, households brought to ruin by a mysterious curse...

She shrugged it all off - fanciful tales and lies from jealous rivals! - and moved on.

She would have traded with the Aethenium and left....

Had she not seen Babylon.

Smitten by his beauty and hidden power, she stayed with the clan, prowling nearer and nearer to the mysterious magician.

She gives him carvings - young dragons perfectly formed from leather and gemstone, bones and silks. He breathes life into them - wild, shadowed and mad. '

She can think of no better compliment for her work.

Candleclass's carvings have always been extremely lifelike, even before Babylon ever got his claws on one. It's easy to mistake her life-sized hatchlings for actual children, to the discomfort of many.

WILLING
She's one of the few in this realm to know that Babylon is not as he seems- however, it is beneath her to care. As long as he shows her art the respect it deserves, she'll turn a blind eye to his misdeeds. 		HTiMecF.png
