Next to the giant pirate ship, there's a small shrine. Inside of it a guardian prays to an unknown symbol. If one dares to approach her, they'll spend the next few hours listening to her preach the good word of her god. Not too unusual given there are plenty of temples dedicated to the 11 in the area. However, this dragon's convinced they are all false gods intended to lead dragonkind down a path of misery. Only the one true God, the very spirit of the moon can lead them to salvation. Most leave without heading her words, but regular patrons of the market will have the idea of something being oddly right about her words the more they hear them. They'll also feel horrible for her charge, Talvi, who's forced to listen to her speech over and over again while sitting next door and selling dragons of all ages food, old pirate apparel ,and trinkets.
