Assistant Lore-Keeper

Just as her name might suggest, Loreweaver is a very important part of clan’s history. She keeps all of their stories—learning them by heart and writing them down on scrolls and in books for the posterity of future generations. She’s currently studying under the Spiral and head lorekeeper, Cloverpuff. Unlike Clover, however, Lore isn’t interested in keeping secrets. She wants to learn the story of every dragon she meets so she can tell them to others and teach important lessons.

Don’t believe a single dragon can remember that much information? Go on, ask her anything about the clan’s history and she’ll tell you exactly how it happened. Loreweaver has a perfect, eidetic memory.

Of course, her thirst for knowledge can get this Snapper into trouble occasionally. She often pokes her snout into other people’s business. Although she only intends to learn more about them for the clan’s lore books, some dragons don’t take kindly to others butting in on their conversations. Lorekeeper has been kicked out of shops or houses on more than a few occasions due to misunderstandings related to her work. People tend to think she’s eavesdropping for malicious reasons. It happens less now, since she’s become more of a presence around the clan. But when she first started, it was a common occurrence.

As assistant lore-keeper for her clan, this dragon has a particular fondness for everything to do with books and knowledge. She hoards paper and quills, and loves nothing more than the smell of fresh ink and parchment. If she could wear that very scent as a perfume, she probably would.
