A friendly creature, Psyfi brings joy and humour to all he meets and can often be seen with his two synth setups- one in his rather large room decorated with a natural opal seam, and one in the main room which he plays to entertain others when he's home, as he often plays gigs or is watching them with his other friends.

When he does come home, he can be seen spending a lot of time with Nigel, his morail. The two get on famously and have been friends since they were hatchling's despite many difficulties that have come into their friendship.

He played a part in raising Blythe as he met Nicholas in his teenage years, sometimes taking the little nocturne off the pearlcatchers hands so they could have time to themselves or with Nigel in the time of their partnership. As a result, Blythe is extremely fond of him and often talks to him about their depression which the tundra suffered himself in earlier years.

Sometimes, Blake, Blythe, Nigel and Psyfi can often be seen sitting together and enjoying each others company via a board game or a broadcast shown on one of Tricky's various screens scattered throughout the lair.

More often though, he is found with Serenade.Together, they both supervise and entertain the hatchlings of their own and other nearby clans so that the adults can get on with their business. While Psyfi makes his music, he also helps Serenade make her speciality puppets and dolls for various shows to entertain the little ones.
