Hydra

It is hard to tell where one ends, and the other beings... This is why they called me Hydra. I strike quickly, effectively, and retreat into the shadows long before you know I was even there....

There were once four of them, all identical in size and color. The four eggs never seemed to leave one another, and once they all hatched, it was a mass of writhing bodies. Four brothers were born, and each one named accordingly. Hydra was the first of his brothers. Or so he likes to think. The little Skydancer wasn't calm and cool by nature, but quick to anger and snap. He preferred to slink in the shadows, eyes ever watchful of his surroundings. He was aloof by nature, and therefore, wary of any and all.

So when the time came to leave, he left... There were no goodbyes to his parents or brothers. He left in the dead of night, when the entire clan was asleep. The male simply slithered away into the darkness. What called to him was a place of vast beauty, of a faint power. It resided somewhere in the clan he now comes to call home. The dragon that wields this power will surely teach him his own arts....
