Azazel is a dragon, who was born with a will to survive and to be remembered. Destined for greatness in his own eyes he knows he can do what he wants if he works hard enough. With such a humble if not low beginning to life, Azazle wanted more. He knew he could do it. He would sit as a child looking up at the stars; thinking someday I will be one of them. Immortalized by history. Azazel is someone who may seem quiet at first, or he can come across as loud and bold. But at either time he could be analyzing the situation or voicing his opinion of it. He shows no fear, for it is only a weakness he can easily overcome if he does work for it. His work ethic, his will power to be better than he was last is what drives him. The deeply imbedded determination is such a key force in his mind. He is often seen as someone very much politically incorrect; he has no filter in his head to his mouth, just because he believes he has the right to state how he thinks, feels and disagrees with something. Everyone has a right to an opinion, to state and discuss it. But for Azazel, everyone has the right to ignore what another says, and go along with life instead of taking things so personally. He does not care about what others think of him, with the attitude of “I could care less” when people decide to talk about him. Someone so brave, was meant to lead others. He can do that but it is not the most "leader" like way. He tends to lead by fear and by beating someone down. He is a ruthless tyrant in the end. Luring others in with the promise of glory to destroy them and use them for his own gains. Aazel does not want to deal with those who are weak, he tosses them aside like trash. He will destroy anyone who gets in his way on his path to immortalization. Fear Azazel, he knows no boundaries , and will destroy and push back any barrier meant to stop him.

Azazel is the new king of the Cathkarta Arena. He is the image of perfection for his breed, a Death Bringer, he is a violent mas of blood lust and aggression. Azazel was born here at Cathkarta, of a one egg clutch. He was raised in the arena, his parents sold off once he had been produced. It did not take long for his breed traits to come through. He was aggressive towards handlers and care takers. Any examination of the nasty male required sedation. They really had created their ideal breed.
He grew to be the favorite to see on the arena floor, since there was only one other Arena that had Death Bringers. As they were the most expensive to obtain and breed. He was easy to work with, he did what he was ordered to do.. most the time. He was known for violent and bloody kill within the arena. Azael's fights drew in some of the largest crowds around.
Soon though, the other arena with Death Bringers was growing angry. They were loosing their own fans to Azazel, their own Death Bringer growing old. So they made a challenge. A fight unfixed, their male against Azazel. If Azazel won, the Cathkarta owner would receive their young female Death Bringer that they intended to use for breeding. If their Male won, they would get Azazel.
The battle was drawn out and hard. Both were evenly matched. Cathkarta was filled to the max, as the two dragons brawled on the sand floor. Blood was spilled in gallons, claws and teeth meeting scale and skin. In the end, age was a weakness Azazel exploited. He finally got a hold of the older male's throat, and finished the battle for the better.
Declared the winner, Azazel won his owner not only a new female.. but himself a mate. Mortema was also the image of perfection for the breed, and they were quickly set up to be a breeding pair for the valuable breed.
Azazel breeds once a month, but continues on in the arena fighting and drawing in the crowds and cash for his owner.
