Finally, after who knew how many nests a male had been born from the clutch of two eggs that Mortema had nested. He had been so long awaited that they were trying to keep him as under wraps as they could to ensure the buyer who had waited the longest would get first chance to buy the little guy.

He was born large and fierce, quickly earning the name Scourge because of this. He was extremely dominant, and rather rude for a baby his size. He was proud and didn't back down at all from anyone around him, including his own mother.

He bullied his sister badly, and even showed aggression towards his mother causing her to start to reject him at 3 days old. This only pumped the male's ego up even more. Now with no control coming from his mother he continued to harass his sister to the point of nearly killing her. Soon, enough was enough.

They separated him, putting him into his own cage since his buyer was already waiting to come pick him up. A private buyer was quite rare, but did happen. Scourge however took it as another win and another boost to his little ego that he now had his own cage, and simply harassed and annoyed other dragons around him in other cages.

Soon the day came. The large hover trailer arrived at the cargo hold of Cathkarta Arena as the buyer of Scourge arrived. Meeting the owner, the money was exchanged and they parted ways as he waited for his new dragon to be loaded into his trailer. Soon enough, seven men holding ropes and electrical prods came out from the arena depths, pushing and pulling the rather large male Death Bringer up the ramp and onto the trailer where the door was quickly shut on him. He was angry, and quickly thrashed about. But that was no issue, they had hauled worse dragons before.

Soon the cargo ship took off, making its way towards the northern part of the continent. But that was when things went south, so to speak. Scourge had finally laid down in the back, letting himself sleep when there was a loud thud and the engines shut down. He could hear alot happening out side of his cage. Yelling, shouting and who knew what else. He didn't know, he hoped he would be soon out of this cage anyway. But Scourge had no idea that the cargo ship he was on had been pirated. Animal Rights Extremists had trapped the small ship in their own larger interstellar vessel. One trapped it in their cargohold they had kidnapped the crew, and had other dragons on board along with a valuable Death Bringer.

Scourge had gone back to sleep for a while before waking up and pacing in the travel box he was trapped in. They were taking him to Sornieth, intending on releasing him along with the other dragons on board. They had done some research, and were going to drop the male Death Bringer in the Plague Realm. Soon enough Scourge heard the engines winding down, and was able to feel the cage he was in lift and be set down even if he could not be seen. The talking started again as he looked at the door of the cage, waiting.. listening. Soon the door opened, to something he was shocked by. There was life, he was over done by the smells of other dragons. He walked out of the cage, ignoring the humans as he walked proudly free. He paid no attention as the cargo rig he arrived in was taken back to the main ship, oh no. Scourge had a new world and land to explore and concur as his own. But he knew nothing of the land he had been dropped off in, or that this is where his kind had been meant to roam.
