At the top of the mesa the Codebreaker Clan calls home and just underneath Stella's bestiary rooftop is a specialized mail room with one hatch going in each compass direction. Within this room are slots of different sizes and various labels on them for letters and packages to or from various clans of both dragon and beast as well as special tubes used to swiftly transfer letters and small packages between the mail room and various other rooms in the Clan's home. Behind a desk sits a male Spiral in red apparel, sorting through a small batch of mail that must have recently arrived with his eyes zipping across all of the addresses. You find a small bell on the desk and ring it to get his attention.

"Yo, got mail? Picking up mail? I've got plenty, that's my job! I'm Arejay, also known as CC's mail derg," he introduces, shaking your hand as quickly and rhythmically as his lips can move.

He notices a quizzical look on your face and nods. "If you're wondering if you've seen me before, then you may have already encountered my big twin, Bruce. He taught me how to fly and everything, and I even learned a few things about scouting from him, too."

A short blast of air shoots from a nearby tube and a pod lands with a loud clang.

"I got it!" Arejay exclaims, flying over to the tube and opening the top of the pod. "Let's see,... outgoing care package for the Dunhoof Clan. Stella seems to be treating their ambassador well, I see!" He places the package in the box with a stylized hoofprint stamped on it before returning to the mail on his desk.

He quickly looks up again and sees you still standing in his office. "Hey, while you're here, would you mind making a few deliveries for me? I've got a few deliveries here that need to get sent to some of the other dragons around here. Let's see... these look like Morris and Conficker's latest cryptography newsletters, a small package of extra copper for Quartz, some postcards from Relic's rogue dragon friends, and what looks like another cookbook for Spumoni. Ooh, I wonder if this is the dessert book Spumoni was talking about! I hear it's got a recipe for some delicious cricket cake I'd love to taste test for her. Anyway, if you need directions then feel free to ask me or anyone else around here!"
