Cricket is the daughter of a celebrity warrior, whose name is known all across Sornieth. While her father is from the Ashfall Waste, Cricket was hatched in the territory of the Lightweaver as the result of a liaison while her father was visiting that region. Rather than returning to his clan as his illegitimate daughter, she remained with her mother's clan and lived a life largely ignoring the fame of her sire. She seemed to have inherited his warrior drive, though, and devoted her life to studying battle.

Rather than returning to his clan as his illegitimate daughter, she remained with her mother's clan and lived her childhood largely ignoring the fame of her sire.

Unlike many young wildclaws in her clan, Cricket enjoyed nature over melee fighting and violent duels. As soon as she was able to leave her clan, Cricket travelled to the Tourmaline Archives to research advanced healing spells.

Cricket's passion for volunteer work and journalism was recently discovered after she volunteered to help out the Daylight Sanctum during the Brightshine Jubilee.

• passion for travelling discovered when she was at the daylight sanctum during bsj 2021 (need to work on that a little more)
• after bsj 2021, decided to be a travelling healer visit every flight for every fest (and for december, she goes to shadow)
