◊ SWEET ◊ INTROSPECTIVE ◊ SHY ◊ she/her | arospec | neutral good __________________________________________________ Bisou, daughter of Balefire and Bane, is known for being quiet and reflective. She likes wandering the outskirts of the clan’s territory collecting the bones of beasts, taking them home to clean and fashion into something new. Weapons, jewelry, knick knacks -- Bisou likes letting the bones tell her what they want to become and she listens, giving them life again in a fresh form. Not many in the clan understand Bisou and her hobby, though no one gives her a hard time for it either. The witches in the clan tend to favor her, though, telling her she has an old soul. She doesn’t know what they mean, but it makes her happy anyway. She likes watching the witches from a distance as they work, whittling bones from the safety of a hollow pine or amidst a cluster of glowing mushrooms. Sometimes she’ll leave the things she crafts as a gift for them and in return, they give her sweet blessings and charmed satchels to ward off evil. Bisou knows her parents love her, but she has a hard time to relating to them. They speak of love in a way that is foreign to her, often seeing many romantic companions at once. Bisou can’t imagine feeling that way about one dragon, let alone multiple. Her aunt, Bast, calls herself aromantic and Bisou feels she identifies with that more. It feels right on her tongue, in her heart. She loves a lot of things -- the glowing insects of the Grove, the whispering winds of her home, Sornieth’s moons making the Tangled Wood gleam like bones in the sun -- and she loves a lot of dragons -- the witches who look out for her, her parents, her aunt -- but she’ll never be in love, and that’s perfectly okay with her. |
