Persephone

Persephone, true to her name, is a classy, if somewhat young adult Guardian female. Though a Spiral now, she was once a Guardian, and the traits of the breed have not much left her. She's not very hyperactive, for example. She tends to have a regal air about her, speaking deliberately and coolly. In other words, she is the picture of elegance. Wooing her is not the easiest task (though Bravura's persistence certainly paid off on this front), as a dragon without manners or a way to keep her entertained will find her not very receptive.

She prefers others like her in her mates (those of dark bodies, that is), and cares for her young and her family very much. Still, as an Arcane dragon, Persephone is young and still has an underlying curiosity about the world--enough that she would wander over to Bravura's lair in the nearby Windswept Plateau. Other breeds find her quietly curious, though she won't admit it, and her favorite activity is stargazing, much like her mother, and she enjoys all things golden. Curious about the world around her, she has a tendency to wander, but at the end of the day, she will usually return home. She is unfond of Plague dragons or the Scarred Wasteland in general, which, in her opinion, is very "unclean". As a result, she is often at odds with Fleija, frostily tolerating the Plague dragon who, if anything, she somewhat views as a rival. Though if it came to it, she would defend Fleija regardless, for she is a clanmate and someone her father and mother look after on occasion.

She enjoys the Windswept areas, and Wind dragons. She enjoys visiting the nearby lair of Bravura and, to be quite honest, the little Fae has grown on her and sparked her Arcane-bred curiosity--she wonders what being one of the smaller breeds would be like, and is frequently spending more and more time in home of the Windsinger, though she will always return home for a few weeks at a time, much like the myth for which she's named. But, no, Bravura did not feed her any Pomegranates from Hell, thank you very much, and she will coldly deny that he simply wooed her. She just decided he was small and fragile and could perhaps use a guardian. As a result, she tends to view him as her potential Searchmate, the one she is, as a Guardian, perhaps meant to guard. Though she is young, still, and quick to be flippant on the subject. She cares for their children with all the compassion, however, of their mother, even if the four of them are divided between the two nests.

Persephone is also fond of bats and anything with magic, like her mother, as she hopes to someday reach a level of efficiency with Arcane magic that she has.
