art by corvidus 		Son of Johannes and Rachel, Jaki has inherited a full range of talents from each parent. Deadly in battle, quick of mind, and fiery of spirit, Jaki has also inherited his father's patience and a gentleness that makes him one of the favorite playmates for the hatchlings.
1uHKdFa.png To them, he is one of them, always cheerful and eager to play. He curbs his strength, and the hatchlings rarely realize that he is any stronger than the rest of them.
Though gentle with the children, as a warrior, he is unafraid to throw himself into combat, and he loves to take to the air of Harpy's Roost with his mate Elsa and his best friend, Heiðrún, destroying the enemies that dare to threaten his lair. At home, he brings the loot to his mother's workshop, passing some to Jean-Luc, some to his mother, and taking others to the back of the workshop and his own workbench.

A scout and skirmisher rather than a brawler, Jaki relies on a combination of tactical maneuvers and experimental weaponry to defeat his enemies. He and his mother can often be found discussing new methods of attack or defense and the clan agrees that Jaki is the dragon you go to if you want something to be blown up - though some will add the caveat that it isn't always the thing that you want to be destroyed that ends up exploding.

While his inventions sometimes backfire, however, Jaki boasts that his claws never miss, and he and his fighting team are the first defense of the lair in case of attack. Whether fighting dragons, encroaching beastclan, or the Shade itself, Jaki is fearless and inspiring, leading his cohort into battle with an eagerness that has sometimes ended the battle before it even began.
