Vi was born with limited vision in her main eyes, which deteriorated as she grew older. By the time she reached her adolescence, she was relying solely on her heat-sensing eyes.

While her brother went on to become a craftsdragon in another clan, she sought to follow their mother's footsteps. Instead of a warrior, however, she grew into a skilled scout, and now spends most of her time in the wild stretches between clan homes.

The closest clanmembers to her are her godmother Schism and her father Caranthir. As a scout, she's also the most likely of the stationary clanmembers to bump into wandering members, such as Anatolia or Solana.

Other than her father, and brother before he left, the only two dragons comfortable dealing with Vi's long silences are Melan and Sanguine.
