There will be one who will rebel against his element, who will try to change history. There will be one who will tear this land apart with war against kin. There will be one who will drag every dragon around him into endless battle. And only very few might be able to stop him. -Maize

Welcome to what's left of this area of Starwood Strand. Or what is now commonly known as Hollowed's Territory. It's a place sectioned off by many, as many arcane dragons know to avoid this area, lest they be dragged into conflict. After all, this is a land where one dragon's ideals have taken the reigns. But it wasn't always like this.

The Arcane dragons have not been as great and mighty as some might say. In fact, as the years passed, not only have they grown fewer in numbers, but they have also become less impactful. Those remaining keep to themselves in their territories, preferring to stick to research rather than climb in dominance. And then there are many who have left the flight in pursuit of other alliances. But there was one noteworthy dragon who did not want to leave things like this. He wanted not only change but glory for Arcane dragons. He believed that their one weakness was their dependence on knowledge rather than strength. It's easy to be pushed around when you are not able to fight, and in his eyes, the pen was not as mighty as the sword.

So he began to preach just that. He would travel around Starwood Strand and gather followers who wanted either protection or strength. Some dragons believed that Hollowed's intentions would help the Arcane flight. Some feared what he might become, and in order to stay on his good side, joined him in hopes that it would grant them safety. And once the time was right, he stormed his former home and began to take control through manipulation. "Your leaders will not be there to help you. They can't even defend themselves from these dangerous threats! All because they see us as weak! But rest assured, I will change this path for the better, and make history great for the Arcane dragons all around!"

After casting out the four leaders and having the dragons scorn them, Hollowed assassinated them out of view. This was to secure his position and to make sure that no one could try to stop him. He has taken over Starwood Strand solely to stick to the shadows. But once his numbers grow and his territory expands, he can begin to take control of all of Starfall to create his ideal future of power and glory. Where no other domain could ever underestimate them ever again.

Our main story takes place two years later. The cracks are beginning to form. Once loyal soldiers begin to have doubts and see that Hollowed's ideals may not be as great as they seem. There are even fights amongst each other for loyalty to see who still stands by the king. Not only that but the outsider dragons who have been under Hollowed's control are deciding to take matters into their own hands. They are done with his toxic ideals and manipulation, and an Uprising has formed, led by a snapper dragon named Obsidian. Hollowed's reign might finally come to an end. But despite the rumors, many are still trying not to get their hopes up. Who's to say they can make a difference when it seems too late?
