Welcome to my Clan!

I am not hosting an official hatchery. Below I list the dragon pairs I frequently breed. I will usually keep a few dragons per nest, and auction off the rest. Hatchlings are usually listed at 4999 treasure, if their genes aren't too rare. If they become adults before they are bought, they will be put on the "For Sale" list below the "Breeding Pairs" list, where all the adult dragons I'm selling will be. Request a trade with me for one of them, and you'll most likely get it if your price is fair. You can still ask to trade for dragons that are not on the "For Sale" list, but I will be a bit more picky! Thanks!

Check my Lair! Dragons placed after Goldsun are being sold or auctioned off (UNLESS THEY ARE TRAVELERS), and are not a part of my roleplay except for the simple fact that they either were abandoned as a hatchling or left my Clan. The only exception is if you exalt a dragon that is related to one of my dragons, it's name is subject to being mentioned in my roleplay. If you exalt a dragon and do not want it to be a part of my roleplay, just tell me, and I will remove that dragon from my roleplay.

I'm not a big roleplay person, and don't roleplay on the forums, but I have my own little story behind my dragons. If it gets very far, I might turn it into a piece of writing, but who knows. If you want to hear more about it, either explore my Lair or read the "Roleplay" section below.

"My Clan is the 'Starlight Clan.' We live in the Reedckeft Ascent of the Windswept Plateau, and worship the Windsinger. I even own a plush of them.♥ But back on topic. We may seem like a quite normal Clan, but on the contrary! If, of course, you have time, would you like to listen to some of our lore?"

Part One: The Gifting

"It was a long time ago, but not too long. Just another day in the world of Sornieth, I suppose. It was the day Starfinder was hatched. Starfinder was the daughter of two Arcane Element dragons. Though sadly, to her thought; at least, she was not hatched in the Starfall Isles. She was hatched in the Windswept Plateau, giving her the Wind Element instead. She had always wanted to harness the power of Arcane magic, though, and trained daily to try and master it. This continued for years, many years indeed, until one day the Elemental gods came to greet her. They each gifted her with the magic of their respective element. Calling upon the Windsinger, she asked for the room for a Clan in the Windswept Plateau; her home, and it was given to her. She would rule this Clan rightfully as long as she lived. She traveled all of Sornieth, gathering dragons for her Clan, the Starlight Clan you see now. For many years they lived peacefully, until one day..."

Part Two: The Sun and Moon

"All was calm. Dragons were doing their jobs, or resting quietly while watching their children play. Starfinder was resting in her den. But it wouldn't last long. A flash of light from her den and a scream, and she was gone. Only one thing was left behind, her 'Soul Tracker.' This was something she'd used her magic to create, which always rested in her den. It displayed general information of her situation, whether she was alive or not, and if she was in any trouble. That way, any dragons at home would know what to do if she was gone. After her disappearance, it always showed she was alive, but in life-threatening trouble, yet nobody could find her. They at last came to the conclusion that she wouldn't be returning for a long time. But who would be their leader during her absence? The answer came quickly, in the form of two stranger dragons flying towards their Clan. The only information they provided was that their names were Moonshadow and Sunbright, and that they were creations of Starfinder's magic. They claimed Starfinder had sent them to rule the Starlight Clan while she was gone. They called themselves the Daughter of the Moon and the Son of the Sun. But what came next would only wreak havoc upon the Clan."

Part Three: Divided

"They tried to rule the Clan together for a while, but eventually started arguing over how to rule it. They seemed to be polar opposites themselves, showing the exact opposite attributes as the other. Eventually a war broke out. Moonshadow and her supporters became the Sub-Clan "Shadowfinders," while Sunbright and his followers became the Sub-Clan "Lightfinders." The two Sub-Clans fought for a few years, before coming to a resolve. Each leader would have control over their respective Sub-Clan, and split the Clan land in half. They lived peacefully for a long time after that."

Part Four: The Twins

"Then came the day I was hatched. Me and my twin sister. Stormlight and the Great Shadowkeeper. What a duo, we were. Shadowkeeper was a lively dragon, always bounding around and taking risks, the little daredevil. I always had to be there to keep her from getting herself into trouble! But... Our friendship didn't last very long. You see, us two... We shouldn't have existed. Dragons from the two Sub-Clans never make friendships from the other, much less find a mate from them. My mother was from the Lightfinders, my father from the Shadowfinders. My sister and I had a particular ability that set us apart because of this, we could switch the color of our scales from ones close to my father's and ones close to my mother's. That's probably what kept us alive so long. All four of us knew that if our secret was let out, the two leaders' reactions would be harsh. So I, with the word 'light' in my name, faked being a pureblood Lightfinder, while my sister did the opposite, with 'shadow' in her name. We only used the color schemes that suited our Sub-Clans. Our parents both claimed to be mateless dragons, and our plan worked for a few years. But like I said, my sister was a daredevil. She was caught with her opposite scales, and... Moonshadow and Sunbright's reactions were all we had imagined. Our crimes were, of course, being halfblood, and then proceeding to lie about it for so long. All four of us were to be killed."

Part Five: The Deal

"I was the only one who survived. The reason? I made a deal with the two leaders. They said they'd keep me alive, but if I, by the time of my death, hadn't found Starfinder and brought her back, every dragon I cared about would die. Now, I had a friend in the Lightfinders Sub-Clan. Her name was Adwen, and I had a very obvious crush on her.

There was no way I was going to let her die.

I was going to bring back Starfinder, no matter what it costed me."

Epilogue

"Currently, I am not a part of either Sub-Clan. I go where I choose to be, and support who I choose to support. I mainly use my Shadowfinder scales in honor of my sister. I am mates with Adwen, and have yet to bring back Starfinder. That journey still lies ahead of me."
